Purpose of Job
The Assistant Student Services Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of staff within the A&E team to ensure a high quality customer service is provided at all times. The post holder will contribute to the College’s recruitment strategy by co-ordinating a fair and transparent service for all current, prospective students and staff, encompassing accurate course information, handling enquiries, applications and student finance. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring exceptional quality reception services with the highest level of customer service. In addition the post holder will assist the Student Services and Safeguarding Manager by taking responsibility for all the application to enrolment events.
